Studio Guidelines

We're so glad you've found this page!

You're so close to discovering the newest (and most fun) offering in Chippewa.

Please read below for some simple guidelines we have in place at our studio.

Who Can Attend

  • Participating students must be at least 18 years old.

  • While we do not currently have a policy that prohibits guests from being in the studio during class, we recommend students only bring themselves, as our studio is not furnished comfortably for guests that aren't participating.

What to Bring

  • Bottle of water

  • Small towel (optional, for perspiration)

What to Wear

  • T-shirt that covers your armpits and is long enough to be tucked in

  • Leggings that cover the back of your knees

  • Socks and layers can be helpful for getting warmed up

What NOT to wear

  • All jewelry, including rings, watches, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings (You may leave your jewelry at home or remove it at the studio.)

  • Clothing with zippers, buttons, or belts

  • Baggy clothing

  • Shorts or crop tops

  • Lotion on hands or feet

  • Heavy fragrance

Where to Go

  • 163 Oakville Rd, Beaver Falls, PA 15010

  • Park at the bottom of the driveway.

  • You will see a large building behind the house, and the studio door is the one with the little porch.

When to Arrive

  • Please aim to arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the start time of your lesson.

  • If you arrive late, your lesson will still end 60 minutes after the original start time.

Cancellation / No Show / Refund Policies for Lessons

We understand that things come up and emergencies happen.  To accommodate the unique needs of our students and to respect the time and compensation of our instructor, we have in place the following policies for lessons:

  • You may cancel your lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson start time without penalty by contacting Copper Canopy Aerial via our website, email, or phone.  A cancelled lesson can be rescheduled, but it will not be refunded.

  • Each calendar quarter (January, April, July, October), you may cancel a lesson 2 times with less than 24 hours' notice (a late cancel) without being charged a fee to reschedule your cancelled lesson.  After your third late cancel in a calendar quarter, you will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee, which will need to be paid prior to having your lesson rescheduled.  This fee will be charged for each late cancel after your first 2 until the next calendar quarter.

  • If you need to cancel your lesson with less than 24 hours' notice, you must contact Copper Canopy Aerial via our website, email, or phone prior to your lesson start time in order to be eligible for a rescheduled lessonIf you miss your lesson without contacting us prior to your lesson start time (a no-show), you will be unable to reschedule your missed lesson.

  • If you arrive to your lesson late, your lesson will still end 60 minutes after the original start time.  If you are more than 25 minutes late and we have not heard from you, this will be considered a no-show and your instructor may decide to leave the premises.

  • If your instructor needs to cancel your lesson with less than 24 hours' notice more than 2 times in a calendar quarter, you will receive a $10 credit to be used toward your next purchase for each late cancel after the first 2 until the next calendar quarter.

  • We do not offer refunds. â€‹

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR PAIRED LESSONS
All of the policies listed above apply to paired lessons, but please note the following distinctions:

  • It is necessary for students in a paired lesson to communicate with each other in the event that one student needs to cancel or reschedule.  For cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice, each student must reach out to us directly.

  • For all cancellations (with or without 24 hours' notice), both students must cancel in order for the paired lesson to be considered cancelled.  If only one student cancels, your instructor will expect the other student to still attend.  Please see the next bullet point for clarification on this scenario.

  • We will still teach a scheduled paired lesson for just one student.  We realize that some students may want to opt for this, as opposed to cancelling the lesson altogether.  However, please keep in mind that the rate for a paired lesson is for one hour of instruction (or 8 hours of instruction for an 8-Pack).  Therefore, if only one student in a paired lesson attends and receives that hour of instruction, the student who did not attend will not be eligible for a rescheduled lesson, whether or not they had given us 24 hours' notice.  You must clearly communicate with us if you wish for the paired lesson to be cancelled or to still be held for one student.

  • A late cancel occurs when both students cancel the lesson with less than 24 hours' notice.  The third late cancel for a paired lesson in a calendar quarter will result in a $10 rescheduling fee per person that will need to be paid prior to having the class rescheduled.  This fee will be charged for each late cancel after your first 2 until the next calendar quarter.

  • A no-show occurs when both students miss the lesson without letting us know before the lesson start time.  No-shows are unable to be rescheduled.

  • If your instructor has to cancel your lesson with less than 24 hours' notice more than 2 times in a calendar quarter, both students will receive a $10 credit to be used toward their next purchase.
